How far in advance do I need to place my Catering order?

We appreciate 24 hours advance notice, but we understand things happen. Check with your local Carrabba’s to check their availability with your last-minute order.

How do I place a Catering order?

It is simple! Order online or call 855.MARSALA (855 627-7252) to speak with one of our Off-Premises Leads. You'll be asked to enter you zip code to be connected to your local Carrabba's.

My order has been canceled, how is that handled?

Carrabba’s knows things happen. We appreciate to be notified immediately of a cancelation of event. Same day, cancellation must be made 2 hours prior to pick-up/delivery time or cancellation charges may apply.


Do you offer any vegetarian options?

Yes, we have vegetarian entrées. We have a selection of vegetarian entrées including our scratch-made Penne Pomodoro and our one-of-a-kind Penne Positano.

Are Individually Packaged Entrées available?

Yes, we offer Individual Packaged Entrées. They’re perfect for office meetings, school, and special events!

Do you provide servers for events?

Yes, check with your local Carrabba’s for availability and pricing. Please note Carrabba’s staff is unable to serve alcoholic beverages during any event.

Is delivery available?

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week! Check with your local Carrabba's for delivery times and areas.

What is the minimum amount for a Catering delivery?

$100 minimum with food and non-alcoholic beverage.

How much space do you need for a Catering set-up?

For catering events 10–100 guests, we typically need (2) 6ft long tables. For events over 100, we will let you know when you place your order.

Do supplies like plates, forks, serving utensils and napkins come with all Catering orders?

Yes, we supply everything you need for a complete set-up with each Catering order. For a small fee, you can order disposable chafing dishes to keep the Carrabba’s hot entrées heated for longer event times.
