ORGANIZATION OR EVENT?
Carrabba’s Italian Grill is committed to being a strong contributor to the
communities we serve. Donation requests (including requests for donations of
gift certificates and food) should be submitted in writing to the managing
partner of your local Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Requests should be submitted
on your organization's official letterhead, including the organization's
full name, address, phone, and fax numbers. State your donation request,
when it is needed, and how it will benefit the community. Please use

CAN LOST/STOLEN CARDS BE REPLACED?
Terms on the back of the card state “card has no replacement value if lost
or stolen.” However, if possible, we would like to assist in replacing the
gift card. Please submit your proof of purchase so we can research your card
history and work towards replacing.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT CARD?
Pending results of the card activity research, a replacement will be sent to

Make three qualified visits in a consecutive 6 month period at participating restaurants and earn 50% off (maximum value applies).

What is a Qualified Visit?
Qualified Visit = minimum of $20 spend on food and non-alcoholic beverages at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse and Bonefish Grill or minimum of $40 at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Discounts, alcohol, gift card purchases, taxes and tip are excluded in minimum spend.
