BE ACCEPTED. Carrabba's, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations,
and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents
and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for:
any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions;
failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any telephone network,
computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software,
including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer
relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access
the website, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration
of entries; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete
or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion
on telephone lines or the Internet or any website; printing or other errors;
or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at website is not considered
proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete and duplicate entries will
be disqualified. All entries become the property of Carrabba's and will not be
returned. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible.
By registering to enter the Contest, entrant affirms that they have read and
accepted these Official Contest Rules. Judges appointed by the Carrabba's organization
will choose the winners and their decision is final in all matters relating to
this Contest. No substitution for a prize will be permitted.
ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States
and the District of Columbia and you must be 18 years of age or older as of 11/06/08.
Employees and their immediate families of Carrabba's, their respective affiliates,
subsidiaries, parent and related companies, and agencies are prohibited from
contest submission. All federal, state and local rules and regulations will apply.

GENERAL: Entrants release and waive any claim they may have against Carrabba's
Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Inc., and their respective employees, officers,
directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies
and agencies for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any
kind resulting from acceptance of, use or misuse of a Prize or parts thereof
or from participation in this Contest. Any attempt by an entrant or any other
individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation
of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an
attempt be made, Carrabba's reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies
from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. All correctly completed
entries received on-line, as of the termination date, will be included in the
judging. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an on-line entry, the entry
will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account entered.
