Carrabba's Food Fact

Our lasagne is made by hand daily in each of our restaurants using only fresh pasta sheets, our homemade meat sauce, freshly grated cheeses and fresh herbs.

Carrabba's Food Fact

The Belgioso family produces our Italian-style Parmesan and Romano cheese which are made to our specifications. The cheese is delivered to Carrabba's in wheels and is freshly grated at our restaurants every day. We use 18,000 lbs. of fresh Parmesan a month and 52,000 lbs. of fresh Romano a month.

Thin sheets of pasta rolled and stuffed with four cheeses, baked with pomodoro sauce and mozzarella.

Eggplant Parmesan
Fresh eggplant layered with mozzarella and romano cheese, baked with basil and pomodoro sauce, served with rigatoni pomodoro

Chicken Parmesan
Sauteed chicken breast coated with Italian breadcrumbs, topped with pomodoro sauce and melted mozzarella, served with fettuccine pomodoro or alfredo

Linguine Pescatore
Shrimp, scallops and mussels tossed with linguine in a spicy marinara sauce

Veal Marsala or Piccata
Sauteed veal topped with marsala or piccata sauce, served with fettuccine pomodoro or alfredo
