Makes about 7 cups
3 cups fine, dry homemade breadcrumbs
2 cups finely grated Pecorino Romano cheese
6 green onions, finely chopped
½ cup fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil
½ tablespoon kosher salt
½ tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Store, refrigerated in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag.
Perfect for most recipes calling for use of breadcrumbs.
