This is one of co-founder Damian Mandola’s favorite dishes. It was inspired by a dish made famous in Valdosta, Italy, a town known for its special recipe veal chop stuffed with prosciutto and fontina cheese.
Our version combines that delicious recipe with some of Rose Carrabba’s favorite tastes. Enjoy wood-grilled chicken breast stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto, then topped with mushrooms and Rose’s favorite basil lemon butter sauce. So inspiring!
