Did you know?
Lasagne is one of the oldest pasta dishes in the world, dating to the ancient Greeks.
A Delicious Detail
We only use whole wheels of cheese and grate it fresh every day because pre-grated cheese has additives, and we won’t have that.
It’s believed that lasagne came from the Greek word "laganon", a flat sheet of pasta cut into strips. At Carrabba’s lasagne means that and much more. Our lasagne is made by hand in each of our restaurants using only fresh pasta sheets, our homemade marinara sauce, just-grated ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheeses and the finest, freshest herbs. It’s layer upon layer of deliciousness!
