Management

It is our goal to provide our managers with quality of life and the opportunity to pursue interests outside the restaurant. For that reason we are open for dinner only. This allows our restaurants to be managed by a 3-person team: Managing Partner, Manager and Kitchen Manager.

As a Manager for Carrabba's, you will focus your attention on taking care of our customers and supporting other Carrabbamicos. It is the responsibility of the Manager to prepare our people to exercise good judgment and live our Principles and Beliefs.

Because we believe in sharing our wealth, we have the best and the brightest on our team. One of the opportunities that attracts great people is the equity stake we offer to all Managing Partners. Additionally, Managing Partners have a 5-year contract, which contributes to our stable environment and reduces turnover for both management and hourly employees.

To provide proper focus to the operation and a quality customer and Carrabbamico experience, there are always two Managers on a shift. This is accomplished through working with highly trained and motivated employees.

Our Managers rotate shifts so you can expect to work a wide range of hours including open and closing shifts, weekends and holidays. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Today there are over 200 Carrabba's in more than 33 states.
